[Los Angeles, California] Chinatown Service Center (CSC) partners with Southern California Gas Company (SCG) and Asian American Professional Association (AAPA) in recruiting candidates for the position of Part-Time Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean or Vietnamese). CSC will provide resume and job application assistance to qualified candidates in collaboration with AAPA. AAPA will provide virtual vocational workshops on resume writing, job application, customer service mindset, and online interviewing. Becoming a Customer Service Representative is a great way to launch a long term and rewarding career at SCG! Successful candidates will serve as SCG’s first line of contact in our community, negotiating the best solutions while balancing the needs of our diverse customers.
