【沙加緬度訊】加州州長紐森(Gavin Newsom)今日正式簽署《2026年退伍軍人及可負擔住房債券法案》(Veterans and Affordable Housing Bond Act of 2026,SB 417),將一項總額達112.5億美元的住房債券提案列入今年11月的全州選票,交由加州選民決定是否通過。


若獲選民支持,這項112.5億美元的債券將持續加速全州可負擔住房的興建、翻修及保存,並進一步推動首次購屋與購屋補助計畫,同時為多項州政府住房發展計畫提供資金,以改善加州長期面臨的住房供應不足與房價高漲問題。


州長紐森表示,加州始終正面回應人民最迫切的需求,而不是選擇逃避。


「在加州,我們不會對人民的需求視而不見,而是迎頭面對。隨著SB 417正式簽署,我們將決定權交給選民,共同塑造加州住房的未來。」紐森說。


他指出,這項住房債券不僅是興建更多住宅,更是致力於打造更完善的社區、擴大住房取得機會,提升住房可負擔性,讓每一個家庭都能擁有公平的機會,找到一個可以安居樂業的家。


州政府表示,若法案最終獲得選民批准,將有助於進一步增加可負擔住房供給,支持退伍軍人及中低收入家庭的住房需求,並持續推動加州整體住房政策,改善居民居住環境,促進社區永續發展。


SB 417已正式列入2026年11月加州普選選票,最終是否生效,將由全體加州選民投票決定。

SACRAMENTO – Governor Gavin Newsom today signed the Veterans and Affordable Housing Bond Act of 2026 – giving Californians the opportunity to help accelerate housing production, homeownership and affordability in the Golden State. The $11.25 billion bond set for the November ballot would continue to fast-track the construction, rehabilitation, and preservation of affordable housing, support homeownership programs, and provide funding for a variety of state housing initiatives.
