加州蒙特利公園市 — 2026 年 6 月 22 日，聯邦眾議員趙美心（Judy Chu，加州第 28 選區）向蒙特利公園市(Monterey Park)致送 175萬元的聯邦撥款支票，用於支持 61 號消防站的建設、設計與整修，以及 63 號消防站的重建工程。這筆資金將用於翻新與重建老舊的消防站，使消防救護前線人員能更完善地處理各類緊急事件。


聯邦眾議員趙美心表示：「在緊急狀況或危機發生時保護我們的鄰里，意味著必須確保我們的第一線救援人員擁有他們所需要的一切，以保障大家的安全。這就是為什麼我很自豪能為 61 號與 63 號消防站致送這張 175萬元的支票。這筆資金是對蒙市公共安全的直接投資，也是我們持續守護居民安全的重要一步。翻修與重建消防站，能夠確保我們英勇的第一線救援人員獲得應有的優質生活與工作空間，讓他們得以持續守護我們的社區。」


今年稍早，聯邦眾議員趙美心也成功爭取到100萬元的聯邦資金用於帕薩迪納市(Pasadena)的傑基．羅賓森社區中心（Jackie Robinson Community Center）、50萬元聯邦資金用於柔似蜜市(Rosemead)的嘉偉社區中心（Garvey Community Center），以及200萬元聯邦資金用於亞凱迪亞市與美國林務局聯合消防訓練中心（Arcadia & U.S. Forest Service Joint Fire Training Center）。

Rep. Chu Secures $1,750,000 for the City of Monterey Park for Renovation of Fire Station 61 and Reconstruction of Fire Station 63


MONTEREY PARK, CA — On June 22, 2026, Rep. Judy Chu (CA-28) presented $1,750,000 in federal funding to the City of Monterey Park to support the construction, design, and remodeling of Fire Station 61 and the reconstruction for Fire Station 63. The funds will be used to renovate and reconstruct these aging fire stations so that first responders are better equipped to handle emergencies. 


“Protecting our neighbors from an emergency or crisis means ensuring our first responders have everything they need to keep us safe. That’s why I am proud to present a check for $1,750,000 to Fire Stations 61 and 63. This funding is a direct investment in Monterey Park’s public safety and our ability to keep residents safe,” said Rep. Chu. “The renovation and reconstruction of the fire stations ensures that our brave first responders have access to the high-quality living and working spaces that they deserve, and that will allow them to continue to protect our community.”


Earlier this year, Rep. Chu also secured $1,000,000 for Pasadena's Jackie Robinson Community Center, $500,000 for Rosemead’s Garvey Community Center, and $2,000,000 for Arcadia & U.S. Forest Service Joint Fire Training Center.
