- Rig equipment operation,
- Directional drilling control,
- Well control,
- Down hole instrument operation (single shot and multi-shot)
- Simple directional drilling BHA design,
- Ability in complex down hole surprise prevention, for example, all kinds of stuck pipe, mud loss or overflow, formation change caused drilling problems, etc.
- Team work and good at communications in between crew members, client and service companies.
- Fast learning on new technology.
