華埠服務中心舉辦之秋季健康日為居住在洛杉磯縣需要關注的家庭及民眾提供二十多個健康生活及社區團體的資訊，其間更有一系列免費基本醫療檢查服務及身體健康篩檢，如：血壓，血糖，葡萄糖篩查，視力檢查，流感疫苗接種，免費理髮和美甲服務，更有各種免費社會服務諮詢：如免費申請CalFresh糧食券及Medi-Cal白卡; 免費加州全保及公民入籍諮詢等服務。每位參加者還可以免費獲得小吃甜點; 其間還有免費抽獎活動當場派發感恩節火雞、禮品卡、博物館門票和美食禮券予多位幸運兒。與此同時，我們有兩場免費健康講座: 分別於早上9時由Kam Wong主講的預防前列腺癌講座，及10時由Meifang Chen主講的肥胖和婦女的健康講座!

FREE Community Health & Resource Fall Fair on this Saturday, November 10th, 2018 for all families and individuals in Los Angeles. This health fair provided of basic health screenings, information and workshops to the local community, e.g. free hypertension and glucose screenings, free vision test, flu shots with free enrollments of CalFresh and Medi-Cal, free consultations of Covered CA and U.S Citizenship as well. Free raffle prizes and Thanksgiving turkeys, gift cards, dining certificates and museum admissions giveaways! Meanwhile, We will have two free healthy workshops of Prostate Cancer Prevention at 9:00am, and Obesity & Women’s Health at 10:00am.
